Book a Fitting
See something you love? Book a fitting to try it on at the partner dry cleaner who looks after it. If it doesn't fit and alterations are possible, we'll tell you.
Rent Your Outfit
Choose your dates and send a request. Once the lister approves, pay the rent, the dry-cleaning fee and a refundable caution deposit. The fitting costs nothing extra.
Rock the D-Day
Collect your outfit from the cleaner or have it delivered, then enjoy your day without paying full price for something you would wear once.
Return
Bring the outfit back to its drop-off location by the return date. The cleaner inspects it, and your caution deposit is refunded, minus any deduction for damage.

Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Each listing shows its rental price, per day or for a set number of days. When you pick your dates, the Rent This Item box shows the total before you pay: the rent, a dry-cleaning fee and a refundable caution deposit, plus a service fee or VAT where one applies. Prices are in your country's currency.
A refundable amount you pay with the rent. After you return the item, the partner cleaner inspects it. If it is in good condition, the full deposit is refunded; if it is damaged, the cleaner records a deduction (never more than the deposit) with a note you can see, and the rest is refunded to your original payment method.
Yes. On the listing page, choose Book a Fitting, pick a day and time, and add a note if you like. Fittings take place at the partner cleaner who looks after the item, and the cleaner confirms your request. You can follow or cancel fittings in Dashboard → Fittings.
Yes, once your booking is paid. In Dashboard → Bookings, choose "Have it delivered to you" and add the address and a phone number. An approved delivery partner picks the item up from the cleaner, brings it to you and collects it after your event. Otherwise, you collect it at the cleaner.
Take it back to the partner cleaner who looks after it by the return date on your booking, or hand it to the delivery partner if you arranged delivery. Please return it on time: items are cleaned and inspected between rentals.
Sign up as a lister (or choose "Become a lister" in your dashboard), then use Add Listing to add photos, the price, size and other details. Drop the item off at the partner cleaner you picked. Your listing is reviewed, and the item can be booked once the cleaner verifies it.
Every item is inspected, cleaned and verified by a partner dry cleaner before it can be rented, and checked again each time it comes back. The badge on each listing shows where the item is, for example With cleaner, Verified or Out on rent.
When a renter pays, your earnings (the rent minus our commission) show as pending. They become available once the item has been returned and inspected. Add your bank details in Dashboard → Withdrawals and request a withdrawal when your balance reaches the minimum shown there.
You can cancel a request yourself while it is Requested or Awaiting payment, from Dashboard → Bookings; nothing has been charged at that point. Once a booking is paid, please contact us with your booking number and our team will review it.
Dry cleaners and delivery services can apply on the Become a Partner page: register a business account, complete your business profile and wait for our team to approve it. Approved cleaners appear on our Drop-off Locations map.
